All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from Sydney, Australia.

For orders placed over the weekend or a public holiday, they will be dispatched the following business day.

Please note initial order confirmations are not confirmations of your shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email outlining your shipping details which will have a tracking number and link.

All orders shipped within Australia are sent via express post delivery.

Kindly allow an additional time for orders placed over peak periods.

TRACKING INFORMATION

All orders placed at Naila Jewellery are provided with a tracking number upon dispatch.

You can track your order via the link provided or directly through the couriers website with the tracking number.

PRE-ORDERS

For all pre-order items, the 'dispatch by' date is only a guide and orders may be shipped before or after this date.

If you place an order that includes both in stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order items have arrived. If you would like to receive the in stock items first, please place 2 separate orders or email our team at hello@nailajewellery.com to arrange this.

Although our team at Naila Jewellery try our best to reduce the risk of any delays, kindly note that if there are delays with the pre-order item(s), this can be due to manufacturing or freight delays which is outside of our control. A refund will not be available unless we are not able to physically supply your order.
