RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges of eligible products purchased online through our website within 7 days of your order being delivered, with the exception of sale and/or promotional items and made to order pieces.

All orders must be returned within 5 days of requesting an exchange. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn and in its original packaging or a refund/exchange will not be granted.  

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of earrings.

Items indicated as sale and/or promotional items at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

With regards to exchanges, the new item requested will be shipped once the returned item is received and accepted.

Naila Jewellery does not cover the costs of return shipping.
